Chris is the Chief Financial Officer of Unison Risk Advisors™ and Oswald Companies. With more than 30 years of experience, he is responsible for financial reporting, treasury functions, financial planning, and budgeting and forecasting. He also has oversight of various financial analysis, including performance benchmarking and general evaluation of merger and acquisition targets, as well as compliance with all insurance regulatory requirements.
Prior to URA and Oswald, Chris was the Vice President and Treasury and Tax at Materion Corp. After starting his career at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, Mr. Eberhardt also held financial leadership roles at Associated Materials and Stoneridge Electronics.
Eberhardt’s career has enabled him to specialize in financial strategy and planning, treasury management, risk management, cash flow optimization, EPS enhancement and corporate tax.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting and his Master of Science in taxation from the University of Akron. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
