Andrew Maisano | Unison Risk Advisors

Andrew is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Unison Risk Advisors. He leads URA’s partner growth and strategy development and execution.

Prior to URA and Oswald, Andrew was the Vice President of Strategy and M&A at TravelCenters of America. There, he was responsible for leading network growth through mergers and acquisitions for the company, both as a publicly traded company and as a subsidiary of BP p.l.c. after the successful $1.3 billion merger in 2023.

Andrew launched his career serving in the U.S. Army in Afghanistan, Germany and the U.S., before joining McKinsey & Co. as a management consultant, where he worked with industry-leading companies to address issues in strategy, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational culture.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS

Maisano earned his Bachelor of Science degree in systems engineering from the United States Military Academy. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
