Jessica Dunn joined the firm in 2021 and serves as the Real Estate Practice Leader for Unison Risk Advisors.

As Real Estate Practice Leader, Jessica is responsible for supporting all real estate accounts across the organization. She leads a team dedicated to managing real estate firms’ risk profiles. Jessica assesses overall strategy and develops proactive solutions that safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency. Her team provides a range of risk management services, including exposure analysis, renewal strategy development and execution, claims consulting, and strategic planning. Combining a creative approach to tackling insurance needs with a collaborative, team-first attitude, Jessica is a reliable problem-solver clients can trust.

Jessica was named a 2024 Risk & Insurance Power Broker in the real estate category for her experience in managing complex real estate risks on a national scale. This recognition highlights her commitment to enriching her own knowledge while delivering exceptional service to clients with expansive and geographically diverse portfolios.

Prior to joining the firm, Jessica held roles at several national firms, most recently as an Underwriting Specialist at CNA Insurance.
