As an industry leader in Third Party Administration (TPA) Operations, Jill seamlessly orchestrates processes to deliver exceptional outcomes for both clients and employees. Her focus is on aligning and optimizing processes to enhance the overall claims experience, leveraging data analysis and reporting tools for strategic decision-making.

Jill’s expertise ensures strict compliance with all federal and state regulations, a crucial part of her role. By prioritizing operational integrity, client satisfaction and employee engagement, she drives measurable results, fosters continuous improvement and sets a high standard for service excellence.

Jill has held various leadership and claims management roles with regional and national insurance brokers. She most recently served as Executive Vice President of Operations at AssuredPartners.
