Joseph DiRocco
Chief Financial Officer
Joe DiRocco is a seasoned leader and dynamic business professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial services field. Joe brings his extensive knowledge and strategic vision to Unison Risk Advisors.
In his role at Unison Risk Advisors, Joe is responsible for financial planning, forecasting and reporting. He oversees various financial analyses, including performance benchmarking, valuation, and the evaluation of merger and acquisition targets. Additionally, he manages all treasury activities and ensures compliance with insurance regulatory requirements.
Joe joined Unison Risk Advisors from Fifth Third Bank, where he served as Asset Based Lending National Sales Manager and Past Regional President for Northeastern Ohio. At Fifth Third, he oversaw the growth and strategic alignment of the commercial, wealth and asset management, and consumer lines of business. His broad experience includes senior leadership roles in the commercial sector for various financial institutions, including Ohio President for Citizen’s Bank.

Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Akron.

Joe has been actively involved in the community throughout his career. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee for the Greater Cleveland Food Bank and the University of Akron College of Business Administration Advisory Board. His past board positions include the Greater Cleveland Partnership, the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation, Team NEO, United Way of Greater Cleveland, Greater Cleveland Sports Commission and the Tri-C Foundation.
