As one of Risk & Insurance magazine’s six nationally recognized Cyber Insurance Power Brokers (2023) and a 2021 Business Insurance Break Out Award winner, Lacy is recognized as one of the industry’s leading cyber risk professionals. With nearly two decades of insurance experience focused exclusively on executive risk and cyber liability, her expertise has led to international speaking engagements and panel participation.

Lacy is the National Practice Leader for Unison’s Cyber Risk Solutions Specialty Practice, where she partners closely with insurers to develop new cyber coverages, manuscript forms, and enhanced policy language. She is known for driving customized, innovative solutions and delivering tailored consulting services across a wide range of industries. As cyber incidents continue to accelerate in frequency and severity, Lacy remains at the forefront of helping organizations protect their most critical and valuable assets.

Education & Professional Development

She holds a Chief Data & Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAIO) certification and Cyber COPE Insurance Certification (CCIC) from Carnegie Mellon, along with an Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) designation.

Lacy also attended the Lloyd’s Broker Academy in London to deepen her understanding of the UK cyber marketplace. Additionally, she serves on the board of Ethically Crafted and is a member of the Oswald Women’s Leadership Council.
