Nicole L. O’Sullivan serves as Chief People Officer for Unison Risk Advisors, where she leads talent, leadership and culture initiatives and works to enhance the overall employee-owner experience. Based in Cleveland, she works closely with leaders across all platform companies to advance a high-performing and collaborative culture that aligns with the firm’s long-term business objectives and supports continued evolution and growth.
Nicole brings more than 25 years of experience designing and leading enterprise-wide people strategies for complex, growing organizations. She has collaborated with executive leadership teams to align workforce priorities with business strategy, guide organizations through change and integration, and strengthen internal communications during periods of growth and transformation.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as Director of Corporate Development for Momentive Technologies. She brings extensive experience in strategic HR, mergers and acquisitions, change management and communications. Throughout her career, she has built a strong track record of executing people-focused strategies, guiding organizations through transformation and strengthening cultures that enable employees to thrive.
Nicole completed the Chief Human Resource Officer and Executive Presence and Influence certifications at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in May 2024. She also serves on the board of Ohio Boys Town, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of at-risk children in Northeast Ohio.
