Patrick Savage serves as Chief Operating Officer at Unison Risk Advisors, bringing more than 30 years of experience as a strategic operational and financial leader within the insurance brokerage industry. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for aligning operational strategy with business objectives, streamlining complex processes and driving scalable, sustainable growth across multi-partner organizations.
As Chief Operating Officer, Patrick leads the firm’s operational strategy and execution across its growing national platform. In this role, Patrick oversees day-to-day operations, M&A integration and enterprise-wide efficiency initiatives, supporting both organic growth and strategic expansion. He works closely with leadership and partner agencies to align operational capabilities with long-term business objectives while preserving entrepreneurial culture.
Prior to joining the firm, Patrick served as Chief Operating Officer of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, where he led day-to-day operations for a $600M revenue, 2,100-employee national brokerage. He was instrumental in designing and executing Patriot’s operational transformation strategy, including the build-out of enterprise shared services, integration of more than 120 acquisitions, and implementation of standardized systems and processes to support scalable growth. Earlier in his career, Patrick served as SVP of Operations and Chief Financial Officer for the Central Region of NFP, and as Chief Operating Officer of Hylant. He began his career in public accounting and has held leadership positions spanning finance, operations and organizational strategy.
