Shannon Burke is a Claim Consultant within Risk Control & Claims Division, serving primarily out of the firm’s Harrisburg office. With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance and claim industry, Shannon has the expertise that comes with handling a depth of claim experiences as well as the intricate knowledge of the evolving, state-specific legal statutes for claim management.

As a Claim Consultant, Shannon provides day-to-day consultation with clients and account teams for multi-line claims. She is skilled in completing negotiations for stipulation or settlements of claims. Shannon is responsible for coordinating the claim management process with defense counsel, maintaining adequate reserves and providing expert testimony when necessary. She is experienced in workers’ compensation, automobile, general liability and property subrogation.

Shannon joined the team in 2010 and previously served as a Claim Adjuster. Prior to joining the firm, Shannon worked as a Claim Adjuster for Travelers Insurance Company and Zurich North America.
