Steffany Larkins | Unison Risk Advisors

Steffany Larkins is President, Employee Benefits Division of Unison Risk Advisors™. In this role, Steffany is responsible for the strategic growth of the Unison Employee Benefits division, focusing on delivering unparalleled innovations, client experience and operational excellence to the Unison Risk Advisors™ platform partners on a national level. Steffany joined Unison Risk Advisors™ in 2023, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry.

Education & Professional Affiliations

Steffany earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kent State University and a health care MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. Steffany is on the Magellan Health Innovation Council and is part of the invitation-only 50 Club of Cleveland, which is comprised of thought leaders in Northeast Ohio. Steffany also is a member of In Counsel With Women, which develops personal and professional affiliations among the area’s top women leaders, focusing on having a positive impact on the community.

Steffany came to Unison Risk Advisors™ from Medical Mutual of Ohio, a $4 billion mutual insurance company headquartered in Cleveland. In her most recent role as executive vice president and chief revenue officer, Steffany led a team of 275 sales, service and underwriting professionals. She served in a variety of leadership roles over 25 years at Medical Mutual after launching her career at E&Y, where she also earned a CPA designation.

Active in her community, Steffany is a member of the board for the Diversity Center Northeast Ohio, the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, and the Kent State University Foundation. She previously served on the boards of the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo Society and the United Cerebral Palsy Association.
