CLEVELAND – April 27, 2026 – Unison Risk Advisors™ is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Savage as Chief Operating Officer. Patrick will lead the firm’s operational strategy and execution, supporting organic growth, implementing best-in-class operating procedures, and providing operational insight to leaders across Unison’s growing enterprise.

Patrick joins Unison with more than 30 years of experience as a strategic operational and financial executive within the insurance brokerage industry. He has a proven track record of streamlining processes, driving organic growth, and executing successful integrations across complex, multi-platform organizations. He is based at the Unison Risk Advisors office headquarters in Oswald Tower, Cleveland. 

Patrick most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, where he oversaw the firm’s operations and integration of new partner agencies. Prior to that, he held executive roles at prominent insurance brokerage firms. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned his B.A. in Accounting and Economics from the University of Michigan and began his career in accounting.
